1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to SyncEase ("the Service"), a group scheduling tool operated by SyncEase ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SyncEase is a free scheduling coordination tool that allows users to create events, share availability links with participants, and identify mutually convenient times. Core features of the Service are available at no charge. An account is required to create and manage events as an organizer. Participants may respond to event invitations without creating an account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Not share your password or allow others to access your account.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users.

4. User-Provided Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including event titles, descriptions, and availability data. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. "As-Is" Disclaimer & No Availability Guarantee

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time without notice.

6. Feature Changes Notice

We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. When significant changes are made, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via the Service interface or by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncEase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where we operate.
